Radio personality Scott Stevens dies of apparent heart attack
Richmond radio personality Scott Stevens died last night of an apparent heart attack. He was 44. Stevens, whose real name was Clint Smith, worked at several stations, including doing traffic for NBC12 in the mid 1990’s.
In recent years, Stevens did traffic-reports for the six Clear Channel radio stations which include WRVA and Lite-98.
Stevens died last night in Vail, Colorado, where he and his wife Lisa were celebrating their seventh anniversary.
He is a graduate of Huguenot High School and the University of Richmond. He served as adjunct faculty at Virginia Commonwealth University in the School of Mass Communication.
